Technical problems
In case you have technical problems with the Association Database, please try the following:
- Refresh the page
- Refresh the cache
- Read the article: Types of browsers supported and make sure that you have the lastest browser installed on your computer.
- Try a different browser
- Test if the problem occurs on other computers as well
Try with inprivate mode under Chrome or Internet Explorer (Ctrl + Shift + P) and see if this works. Google: How to browse in Private mode?
Create a log:
- Open Internet Explorer
- Go to My ICCA
- Push F12 - The developer dashboard pops up
- Select network
- Push the play button
- In My ICCA, open the Association Database Dashboard and try to start a search.
- Press the Play button again to stop recording
- Push the disk icon in the developer dashboard (next to the red stop button) and save the trace file
- Mail the trace file to dennis.s@iccaworld.org
