Search for Hosted Buyers at tradeshows

When you have registered to attend the IMEX (America) Association Evening or Personal Connections at ibtm world you will receive more information on the association clients who will be attending. ICCA's Research Department cross-checks the meetings represented by these buyers and you will be able to make a selection in the ICCA Database specifically on International Associations attending the tradeshow as Hosted Buyers. Please note that not all Buyers will be in the ICCA Association Database if their meetings do not meet ICCA's criteria for inclusion (e.g. they may rotate between fewer than three countries, are not regular meetings or attract less than 50 participants). Note that ICCA is unable to provide you with data on all the clients participating, because many have specifically asked IMEX for their data not to be provided to third parties.

To make your selection, please follow the instructions below:
- Log into the My ICCA section on the website: www.iccaworld.com  
- In the ICCA Association Database Dashboard, scroll down to click on the relevant Hosted Buyers button. Note that only members that have registered for the function at the tradeshow have rights to view the details.

The result list with meetings appears. Naturally, you could apply your own criteria and filters to this result list as well, e.g. by entering the destination where your organisation is based to identify potential meetings.

Clicking on the meetings title will open the profile.
In the Organisation tab you can view not only the Organisation contact details, but also the details of the Hosted Buyer attending the tradeshow.


Note that you could also create a New search and apply the Hosted Buyer criteria.
Click New search and follow the steps below:
1. Select the type of search (and specify destination/location and/or dates)
2. Click the Advanced search
3. In the Advanced section > Hosted Buyers: select the name of the tradeshow. Note that only members that have registerd for the function at IMEX (America) have rights to search on/view the details.
