Criteria

The meetings stored in the Database are international association meetings (so not corporate or governmental, no trade shows) and must all meet the strict criteria the ICCA Research department uses:

1. Meetings must be organised on a regular basis (annually, biennially etc.)

2. Meetings must rotate between at least 3 different countries

3. Meetings must attract a minimum of 50 participants

We need to have proof that the meetings meet the above criteria.

The aim of the meetings should be exchange of knowledge.
