Problem

What are the criteria for inclusion of a meeting in the ICCA Association Database?

Solution

Meetings must take place on a regular basis, attract a minimum of 50 participants and rotate between at least 3 different countries.

ICCA will need proof of all 3 criteria. 

Meetings must have an exchange of knowledge in their programme. And they must be organised by an association. So no corporate meetings, no governmental meetings and no trade shows will be added to the database.
