Dashboard


When you open the Association Database, the main screen, also called 'Dashboard' appears.


The following options are available:

Header

Manual
Opens the Knowledge center from which you can download the User manual pdf and find explanations on how to use the various sections of the Association Database.

Logout:
User logs out of the My ICCA section.

Search:
Search by keyword(s) in the Association Database.

Selections

The buttons under this section: New search and Saved selections give access to various selections in the Association Database. The Big Data search button will lead you to ICCA's Big Data search tool which allows you to find local members of an association, also called ambassadors, who may assist you to bid for a meeting.

New search:
Search for keyword(s), potential meetings, confirmed meetings and organisations.

Saved selections:
Giving an overview of the selection(s) saved by the user. The saved selections can be viewed, deleted and edited by adjusting search criteria.

Big Data search:
The Big Data search button will lead you to ICCA's Big Data search tool which allows you to find local members of an association, also called ambassadors, who may assist you to bid for a meeting. 

Leads

Bookmarks:
Mark a (meeting) profile for easy reference and find an overview of these bookmarks here.

Notes:
You can add personal notes to a meeting profile as well as to a meeting edition profile. The profiles containing personal notes can be found in this area.

RFPs:
In this section you will have the opportunity to find information on daily added 'hot' profiles, containing information on: First open year, Deadline for bids and the Decision making document. Note that you could combine these RFPs with your own selection criteria or apply filters to the results list.

ICCA's Association Database has always been about sharing commercial information about recently hosted meetings. The Meeting Insider functionality facilitates and personalises information exchange among ICCA members. More info...

Hosted Buyers / Business Exchange
ICCA organises many activities at tradeshows and at its own events where additional information about Association meetings or the organisers of these meetings become available. The buttons in this area will show the extra information. Note that for some additional information, you need to have rights. Eg. Only exhibitors attending specific functions at certain tradeshows may see the Hosted buyers information. For ICCA activities such as Business Exchange or Client/Supplier Business Workshops pre-registering may be required.
