In case you have technical problems with the Association Database, please try the following:

  1. Refresh the page
  2. Refresh the cache
  3. Read the article: Types of browsers supported and make sure that you have the lastest browser installed on your computer.
  4. Try a different browser
  5. Test if the problem occurs on other computers as well
  6. Try with inprivate mode under Chrome or Internet Explorer (Ctrl + Shift + P) and see if this works. Google: How to browse in Private mode?

  7. Create a log:
    - Go to the dashboard of the Association Database
    - Push F12 - The developer dashboard pops up
    - Select network
    - Push the play button 
    - Return to the application and try to start a search
    - If it does not work push the disk icon in the developer dashboard (next to the red stop button) and save the trace file
    - Mail the trace file to dennis@icca.nl
