Problem

I have just received my password, but I cannot login to "My ICCA"?

Please check the settings of your browser as described below:

For MS Internet Explorer 6.x or higher:
- browsermenu > Tools > Internet options >    
- tab - security > internet ..: Custom Level > Reset Custom settings to Medium
   
- tab - privacy > ..: set to Medium
    - button Advanced: Tick the box Override automatic vookie handling
                                First-party Cookies: Accept
                                Third-party Cookies: Accept
                                Tick the box: Always allow session cookies
- Click on the Apply button

Close MS Internet Explorer
Open MS Internet Explorer. You should now have access after logging in.


Are you able to login, but cannot get access to the Association Database Online?
Is it only your computer or do other computers at the office or at home have the same problem? This might give you an indication wether the problem lies in your computer or it has to be searched further down the network line...

The following could be at hand:
- your cache is playing up
    > clear the cache in the browser. The following site could give you the right action for your browser versions. http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache
- you are working through a proxy server and the proxy is bothering you.
    > the administrator of the internet access at the proxy should help you there.
- your internet provider is having a problem in translating the domain iccadata.iccaworld.com
    > the internet provider should be able to help you with reaching iccadata.iccaworld.com (DNS setting)
