You can export up to 500 meeting profiles per selection. or meeting editions per selection. When the selection exceeds 500 records a notification will appear in the Export screen to limit the selection by applying more criteria or filters or export the first 500 records.
You cannot export general meetings profiles (also called 'Series') with their meeting information linked to it (or vice versa).
