Search for the month(s) in which the international organisation usually has its congress.
First open year
Here you can look for meetings of which is known what year their next meeting is still open; where the organisation has not yet decided in which destination the meeting of that specific year (or later) will be held. Entering a year will result in future meetings with open years as of the year specified. Note that sometimes a preferred region is mentioned or a bid manual is attached under decision making information.

Commercial Exhibition
Select this option (green is yes) when you only want to select meetings which have a commercial exhibition in conjunction with the meeting.
You can switch off this option by moving the box from green (yes) to the left so it becomes grey (no).
Only meetings with... Name of member/supplier
After entering at least three characters of the member/supplier name you are looking for, the system will come up with suggested names found in the meeting editions of the Association Database.
Only meetings with... Confirmed supplier
Specify the type of supplier you are looking for: DMC, Airline, Local PCO, Hotel/Accommodation, Venue or Exhibition Management.
